A U.S. Army armored vehicle that went missing during a training exercise in Lithuania has been recovered from a swamp after a six-day search.
Despite the vehicle's retrieval, the fate of the four American soldiers who were inside remains unknown. The incident occurred during war games at the General Silvestras Žukauskas training area. The vehicle was found submerged over five meters deep in a peat bog, complicating recovery efforts.
U.S. and Lithuanian authorities continue to investigate the disappearance and search for the missing personnel.
